We are an experienced duo passionate about making evaluation accessible, relevant and most importantly creative.

We met while working on a community engagement project where one day we looked in a project evaluation folder and found only a picture of a magpie. Something had to be done! Our overhaul of the project evaluation saw an 70% increase in response rate. 

Katrin has an MA in Arts and Health from Birmingham University, and has worked on community projects for 10 years. 

Penny worked as a project and process manager at Oxford University, before moving to arts administration. She regularly presents on her work at national and international conferences.
